Steven was an absolute pleasure to deal with, he offered great advice and secured an amazing outcome. He worked very hard on the sale and was constantly updating us throughout the campaign. We felt comfortable leaving the process in his hands and wasn't stressed at all! There are so many agents in the area but after using Steven, we will not use anyone else. Patient, accommodating, friendly, we couldn't ask for more. Thankyou for all your hard work!!

Dealing with Buxton and entrusting Calvin in particular in the sale of our home was smooth sailing. The stylists he recommended made such a dollar difference on day of auction; apparently the highest selling house in the street ever! Calvin kept us in the loop with prospective buyers throughout the campaign with weekly reports and the gift pack after the sale at auction was so thoughtful and added a personal touch. I would definitely recommend Buxton for prospective vendors in the Box Hill area

I first met Steven through an acquaintance. He was very well groomed, communicate clearly and politely. I signed the appointment agreement with him on the spot. Steven and his company came up with a marketing plan very quickly, mindful of the changing market conditions and any possible adverse impact of the looming general election. Steven and his team managed to put the house on auction a week before election. I was impressed by the soft spoken Steven who turned out to be a very focused, forceful and charming auctioneer. What he achieved in the sales price was not just what we have aimed for initially but was well over what we expected. I would not hesitate to recommend Steven's services to any of my friends. 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
