Energetic, hardworking and honest. In his own words when you are paying someone to sell your house you expect value for your money. Not a truer word could be said. Wen delivered in spades and worked tirelessly to acheive a great result for us. Highly reccomended. Buxton Box Hill are a trustworthy agency to entrust your sale with.

Wen Yu and his team excelled at selling our property, after a disastrous experience with another agency. We strongly recommend his superior knowledge of the market, quiet confidence and trustworthy communications. We remained happy and confident throughout the entire marketing campaign that our house was in the right hands. Thank you Wen!

From the first time we met Calvin, we were impressed. His knowledge of the market and the area our house is it, helped us a lot. Throughout the campaign, he was supportive, informed us regularly on inspections and any feed back. Nothing was too much trouble and he responded very quickly to our calls and emails. Very happy we chose Calvin to look after our loved family home.

He kept us up to date with all marketing, buyers, reports, and comments, did a great job on the day of the auction, working very closely with us, to get us a fair price on the day, extremely positive and polite, and great knowledge of the area, and the real estate industry

We had been dealing with Wen for around 18 months before we decided to sell. During this time he would check in with us, without being pushy. Once we decided to sell, the process started straight away, photos were arranged within the week and the property was on the market. The campaign went smoothly, we above average viewings and every Monday Wen would email us a report, summarising the open for inspections and feedback. We were kept updated throughout and on the day of sale, everything went smoothly and were really happy with the outcome, which was above what we were expecting.

Calvin and his team were terrific from the start to finish. We received regular updates on the progress of the campaign. I felt confident in the advice and support that was given to us throughout the campaign and in particular, just prior to and on the day of the auction. The day of the auction was an anxious time for us but the team was so professional and confident that our anxiety was somewhat eased. We received a great price after 50 minutes of hard work by Calvin and his team.

Demi is such an great agent to work with. Having to share a drive with next door, I know my land is not easy to sell. But Demi managed to achieve an exceptional price with 5 bidders on auction day! I will not hesitate to recommend Demi to anyone thinking of selling.
