I recently sold my house with the Re/max team - Alex, Melanie, Blake. This was my first time selling so was quite aprehensive. Alex and the team were great in navigating my way through the process and I was able to had the house sold very quickly. Alex was the agent selling the property we purchased. Whilst we found his service acceptable we were incredibly disappointed in the management of the property and as he is the Licensee/Director we believe this falls under his responsibility. The tenants vacated the property approximately 4 months after out purchase. When we collected the keys, after the tenant vacated, the property manager who did the final inspection assured us the property was very clean and tidy. Well she needs a lesson in what clean means or maybe a new career path. The property was disgraceful and we had to spend the first three days scrubbing and cleaning before we could even move our furniture in. I contacted the Licensee regarding this in writing, including photos of some of the issues, and to date have still have not received any response from them. We did receive an email from the property manager, a week later, offering to send the tenants back to clean. Seriously!!! Thoroughly disappointed and totally below our expectations.
