We had just started looking at homes in Hervey Bay when Mary Lou took us through 22 Oceanview. I said we didn’t want a pool. Mary Lou said : yes, you will. I said we needed to look at some more properties. Mary Lou said: you won’t find one as suitable as this. Mary Lou was right. We have lived here for a month and it is perfect.
