Great to deal with. Christine would follow-up as necessary and provide the option to contact her outside of work hours if need be. Appropriate advice given towards new home owner. Area for improvement: Listen to and acknowledge the concerns of the customer and address as appropriate. P.S Also, I'm not sure if it was intentional or not but thank you for providing a non-alcoholic beverage in the welcome pack. That meant a lot. :)
