Louis approached me when he saw my note in the foyer asking if anyone was interested in buying the unit. He made a pitch as to how he would get me the price I wanted. While it took a lot longer than expected, Louis always said that "we soldier on". Eventually we found a suitable buyer within the right price range and all ended well.
