Matt sold a house for me back in 2024 effortlessly. This time around, I was selling an investment property. The property was managed by another real estate team so when it came time to sell it, I just used that same agency. It was on the market for 4 months with no interest and no offers. I was getting a little frustrated to say the least. So I made the decision to contact Matt again to ask what my options were. He set up an appointment for the next day to come out and have a chat. He came prepared with other similar properties that he had sold, and also properties, in the same boat as me, and wanting to change agents. After the chat I said I needed to think about it, but there was literally nothing to think about. Matt was incredible the first time around so it was a no brainer to have him as my agent for this property. With in a couple hours after the appointment I signed up with Matt. Again. He had his photographer take new fresh photos of the property and had the property relisted within days. To my surprise and relief, Matt had a buyer purchase the property no more than 24hrs after it went live. I was obviously very pleased with the result but more importantly, it was Matt that I was pleased with. His dedication and direct approach to getting the job done, along with his general nature as a person. As short as it was, it was amazing having him on my side. This is a lesson.
