Mel reached out to me after seeing I had taken a private sale route, which end up being more stressful that I had anticipated. Mel was bloody good to deal with. She took care of a lot of running around for me,organised the tradies and helped get the place ready to sell.l’amnot much good with all the online stuff, but she talked me through the Diocu Sign,A M L and paperwork and made it easy. She kept me informed,answered the phone and just got things done.Nothing seemed to be to much trouble.l’dhave no hesitation using Mel again.

From start to finish, Mel was different from other agents. There was no fluff! She was both down to earth and professional, honest and informative. She explained everything clearly and made the whole process feel far less overwhelming and so quick! She went above and beyond, helping organise tradies, coordinate access and assist with the practical side of the buyer’s renovations so everything could keep moving smoothly through to settlement. She also guided me through all the digital paperwork, which I wasn’t particularly confident with. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and I always felt supported and informed throughout the whole process.
