Bri has been amazing throughout the process of renting so far from the viewing, application process & the moving in. She’s quick to respond, friendly and great to deal with. So I can just imagine how great the rest of the team are. We are recent tenants in a Melbourne property and this is our first time having CHWYLA as a property manager. The last couple of weeks they have been very easy to communicate with and are very prudent and responsive. Being an older property, there were a few maintenance requirements which have so far been handled expediently and in a fair manner all things considered. Bri has been wonderful to deal with and I look forward to a long tenancy working with her agency.

We have Bri managing both of our investment properties. I interviewed many agents from a variety of agencies and she was the only one that seemed genuine, invested and above all else, like a friend. Shes very diligent in her inspections, she responds to emails almost immediately and she will always say hello and ask us about our own lives and family showing she cares about more than just our business. Very satisfied with the agency - they often run community engagement activities like free food trucks to meet the local residents of the suburbs that they service. Wouldn't hesitate to reccomend both Bri and Chwyla.
