Gus was excellent to deal with. He was very responsive and answered any question / concern that i had very patiently. Most important he was very transparent about their process and followed it exactly like he described it. He had mentioned his goal was to keep his client's stress levels to zero, and he did exactly that with us. He came back with a decision within the time he said he would and didn't leave us hanging.
