The thing about Paul is that he genuinely cares about his clients and the results they get. From the moment Paul walked in he showed us that he realised and appreciated the uniqueness of our home. He didn't treat it like your average 4 bed 2 living, he picked up on all the things that made the home special and along with Emily and the rest of the team were able to communicate this with the potential buyers walking through the door. Everything was pretty first class from the admin team, to the photography and having Emily come through to create the write up. It was a great experience. We had high hopes for this home and Paul was able to deliver on those high hopes and got us a result we were happy with. We really believe that no matter your home Paul and the team will dig a little deeper than the stats and what the house says on paper and will go the extra mile to discover what it is about your place that makes it more than a house but a home.

Thanks to Paul and Ash, we finally found our forever home! After missing out on so many properties we thought that we would never get anything. Paul told us about this property before it was listed knowing it was exactly what we wanted, then lockdown hit, and Ash got us though that day! We were so relieved! When we decided to put our beautiful home on the market, we literally invite 3 different agents for an appraisal. Two of the agents were well known in the area, and the last one was Paul. To be honest, at the start, i was certain to give the listing to the first agent, as Paul was new in the area (thought he was new). Woww i was wrong, he was fresh, energetic, hungry, but most importantly he is a great listener. His calm nature and knowledge was superb. We felt very comfortable from the 1st initial meeting. He was approachable, so down to earth and was pleasure to working with him. His professional attitude and detail were 5 star. Strongly recommend.
