We really liked Paul and his teams approach - They were super responsive to any communication whether it was txt/facebook or email - Paul even gave up his 4th anniversary evening (unbeknownst to us at the time) to finalise our sale - He took the time after hours to review the contract conditions submitted by the purchasers conveyances and changed wording where required to protect our interests. Paul was honest and down to earth with us - He exceeded what price we wanted in a very short time frame in pre market with his teams innovative approach to marketing!
