Went above and beyond

Keiran was very accessible - phone calls were answered or returned consistently. We feel we had a complicated sale, made harder by the fact that we lived 500km away. We had several contracts fail, but Keiran remained positive and kept finding buyers (the actual buyer was shown through the house at about 7pm one night very soon after another contract failure). We ended up needing quite a few repairs to be done to meet the building inspection. Keiran organised these repairs for us in incredible time (and through the Christmas/New Year period). In the end we got our asking price. Thanks to Keiran and his team, what was a stressful few months was made easier by their support and effort and ended with a very good outcome. Above all, we felt Keiran was always on OUR side.
