Rachael Went Above & Beyond

I couldn’t be happier with my experience working with Rachael on two investment property purchases. From the very beginning, she truly listened to my specific yield and purchase price requirements and never tried to push me outside of them. She showed me a huge number of properties and was by far the most communicative agent I dealt with, especially impressive because I flew in from interstate. What really stood out was how she took the time to sit down with me and map out the good and bad pockets in terms of tenant desirability and how that directly impacts long-term returns. Her local knowledge was invaluable and it helped me learn the town in a detailed way quickly. Even better, Rachael went above and beyond by sourcing me an excellent off-market property that perfectly met my needs. She then worked closely with her rentals team to get it tenanted before settlement, so I had positive cash flow from day one. That level of care and proactive support is rare in this industry. If you’re looking for a skilled, honest, and genuinely helpful agent who will work hard to deliver results (even for buyers!), Rachael is the one. Highly recommend, I’ll definitely be reaching out to her again for future investments.
