Excellent service. Property maintained at a high level by agent making regular checks and following up when things not ok. When recent tenant vacated, this agency seamlessly managed cleaning, advertising, inspections and reletting. Communication was excellent, we were well informed throughout the process. Service level second to none with this agency!!!

Rental hunting can be such a stressful process, but the opposite cannot be said for my experience with City Realty. From the moment I met Property Manager Samantha Utting at a property inspection, she went over and above to ensure that the entire process of securing a tenancy was as seamless as possible. Prompt communication, quick and appropriate hassle-free contact to my references, easy payment options, an electronic Lease signing service (so convenient!) and a wonderfully engaging avenue of contact for any of those 'initial move' issues. In all my time of renting I have honestly never received better service from an Agency. City Realty are more than just an agency, they obviously hold a view that caring about BOTH sides of a rental tenancy is going to yield their rental owners with the best possible results. I can't thank them enough for their wonderful service. If you are looking for a rental property and want a great agent, contact these guys, you will not be disappointed!
