Rental hunting can be such a stressful process, but the opposite cannot be said for my experience with City Realty. From the moment I met Property Manager Samantha Utting at a property inspection, she went over and above to ensure that the entire process of securing a tenancy was as seamless as possible. Prompt communication, quick and appropriate hassle-free contact to my references, easy payment options, an electronic Lease signing service (so convenient!) and a wonderfully engaging avenue of contact for any of those 'initial move' issues. In all my time of renting I have honestly never received better service from an Agency. City Realty are more than just an agency, they obviously hold a view that caring about BOTH sides of a rental tenancy is going to yield their rental owners with the best possible results.
