Bad agency

I am a customer for city relty about ten years. . . But I am really disappointed and angry about the agency Tayah Fogarty because she don't know there is a problem with my property. . until now it is impossible to rent out now .I really don't know what did she do for the inspection for every few months and why i have to pay for those agency fee for!? She just keep ask me to pay for the water bill for the old tenant who already move out and told me that they don't have money to pay for the rent...then ask me to pay $1665 for the compensation for the tenant who approved to move in .but that is responsibility in regards the new tenant and me. That isnwhy she is getting paid every week. It is not my responsibility when she failed to exercise her obligations. The state of the house should be inspected as the previous tenant ended contract and make recommendations to me, as the lord if it needs to be renovated or not before leasing out to another tenant.

Don't use them

I got tricked by City REALTY. I had paid the bond, 2 wks rent in advance and signed a 1 year lease. Then with 10 days to move out of my current residance before moving into my new property, they told me to find a new property. They said they hadnt signed their part of the lease so it was null and void. Untrustworthy company. Do not use them.
