Don't use them
I got tricked by City REALTY. I had paid the bond, 2 wks rent in advance and signed a 1 year lease. Then with 10 days to move out of my current residance before moving into my new property, they told me to find a new property. They said they hadnt signed their part of the lease so it was null and void. Untrustworthy company. Do not use them.

We certainly went out of our way to offer you alternative properties and explain the unexpected issues with the property that we discovered a few weeks before your potential lease start date.
Please understand that we did the best we could in all areas within our control and it was for your safety that we prevented the move. We certainly accept this was not ideal for you, and have taken some learnings from the exercise.
