The sale via Glenn was quite fortuitous in that I was thinking about selling sometime next year when a very professional brochure landed in my mailbox, advertising the exact same apartment as mine - six floors down. I contacted Glenn to determine the expected price range and it was close to my requirement, so I met with him and gave him my requirements.
