Brendon has been very helpful and nice. I find him quite honest as a real estate agent. He answers all my questions as I had a lot due to my first house purchase. He follows up on my behalf and will go an extra mile to make my first purchase a somewhat pleasant experience. A really decent bloke. I am so happy today that Brendon Clark sold my property at the recorded high price of the similar property in the same building. Although my property is fantastic in all aspects but the experience of working with Brendon is also pleasant. From the initial design of marketing Campaign, to the house open and finally contract exchange, Brendon arranged everything for me in a very professional and effective way. I never felt any pressure / anxiety. Dealing with Brendan with the sale of my property in Moore Park Gardens, Redfern Sydney was an absolute pleasure. From the moment I spoke to Brendan I knew that he was a very professional and results driven agent with very good knowledge of the local area who always kept the best interest of his clients at heart. The entire sales process, from his listing of my property (which included great photography of my property which is always important), feedback from the open homes he conducted and his negotiations with prospective buyers was top notch. He always kept me informed of what was happening and provided a final sales result which was in my mind one of the highest final sales prices for a 1 bedroom unit in the Moore Park Gardens complex. Within a week of listing the property he had two genuine offers presented to me with over 20 potential buyers inspecting the property in the first week.
