Phil began his career in Real Estate in March 2015 after working in structural landscaping while studying Civil Engineering. Starting off as a sales assistant, it didn’t take long for Phil to decide that Real Estate was his passion so he decided to team up with Corey Clark to create Clark Partners Real Estate. Phil prides himself on his personalised approach to selling property as he understands that every client has different needs and expectations. By first establishing realistic expectations then finding out what is important to each person he works with, Phil puts together a tailored marketing strategy and sale process which ultimately leads to fantastic results. Phil’s honest and ethical approach often leads to referral business, repeat customers and also friendships that go beyond Real Estate. Growing up on the Northside of Brisbane, Phil attended Padua College where he established many life-long friendships and built a foundation for the person he is today. When he’s not working, Phil enjoys spending time with his 2 beautiful children, playing basketball and socialising with family and friends. Honest, knowledgeable and effective

We listed our property with Phil in November 2023. Within 5 days he brought us a signed contract which was almost 50k over what we said we would take. His communication was clear and concise and he was very honest with us the whole time. He kept in touch even after he sold our property, so different to many other agents out there. Would happily deal with Phil again.
