Brilliant Agent
We had an exceptional result with the sale of our property and Jordan was brilliant from start to finish. He knows his stuff, is a fantastic negotiator and we felt we were in good hands from our first meeting. We spoke with 4 agents about the sale of our unique property and Jordan was the only one who suggested a clear plan as to the best way to sell our property, which he executed to perfection, and it resulted in a timely incredible outcome for our situation. We can not thank him enough and have already recommended him to others.

Excellent operator
Friendly, punctual, reliable, kept me informed, would recommend Jordan to others. (I do not like the the pentagram rating system. I do not have sufficient real estate experience to offer a valid comparison with other agents.)

More Money
Jordan and the team at Clark Real Estate managed to get us 20k more than we thought the house was worth and it would have been 40k but the house was in need of some major repair that was exposed during the building report. We would give more stars for communication and negotiation but 5 is the maximum.

Professional approach
Jordan told us how it was. Didn’t try to pressure us in any way. Gave us a good outline of how he would market our house and kept in touch throughout. We had a good result because of Jordan.
