From the time I first met Nick at my investment property to start the selling process it was a easy process with Nick and the team getting me a great price and not settling on the 1st few offers.The communication was great through a whatsapp group getting voice recordings from Nick and Sean on every update ,open houses and offers coming in etc.and also the weekly report showing in detail all the phone calls and lead up work they were doing for me,This is the 3rd house I have sold and Nick and co were far better than the other agents Wrapping up I have no hesitation in recommending Nick and Co if your looking at selling your house Thanks to Nick and Sean for getting me a great result

We have engaged a number of Agents over the years with mixed results. In this instance Sean was our main agent and showed an extremely positive and professional attitude throughout the sales process. Meeting deadlines, turning up on time and providing honest feedback on potential buyers are key to a good relationship, and Sean certainly delivered. Nick was in the background, coming forward as required to assist Sean, and step in when negotiations were to be made. Marketing communications were solid and the open houses were great with above average attendance and interest. Will be using these guys again. 10/10.
