It’s clear there is good communication amongst the staff as my calls and responses were timely dealt with. The team is certainly a team and all employees help their colleagues as needed. I always felt respected and Nick and his team were able to clarify my concerns. My main dealings were with Liz. I found Liz always professional but personable, keen to secure the place I wanted and regular with all communication. This was great in managing my stress.
