Nick and his team managed our land sale at Sophia Waters (Chisholm). We initially chose Nick as he was recommending a sales price that was 10% higher than being suggested by other agents. Nick was also willing to provide us with a fee package better than the other agents. Nick and his team achieved their suggested price. Nicks team put together a sales plan and gave us the opportunity to comment and suggest improvements which they incorporated. As we live far from the land Nick helped us to arrange mowing of the land by a contractor at a very reasonable price. Nick kept in constant contact with us throughout the process. When an offer was made Nick successfully negotiated a final sales price that was significantly higher that their initial offer. Nick worked with the eventual purchaser and a builder to help them plan the home they wanted to build on the lot which facilitated the eventual sale. Nick's team managed all the contract and other documentation very smoothly and in a timely manner. The entire sales process was completed to our complete satisfaction.
