Sale of our property.
We had this property on the market for 9 months with the other Realestate agency in Beerwah and it did not sell. Probably because of the lack of energy displayed by the agent. we changed to the First National agency Beerwah with Dan and his team and our property sold within 2 weeks with a number of enquiries and offers. My wife and i could not be happier with Dan and his team's proffesional attitude and continual phone calls keeping us in the loop. Well done Dan and team, i would recomend you guy's to anyone. Property sale in Beewah.
As I live interstate It is near impossible to attend to Personally selling my Rental Property myself. Not knowing agents there I sought outside help and was encouraged to contact Dan from First National. I was quite pleased from first contact with Dan with his knowledge of the area and his non pushier style as some agents are. He has basically done all the ground work and some and has made this sale effortlessly for me. He has kept me well informed on all potential buyers and acquired a sale for me and a price I'm quite happy about and in what I feel to be record time.
