Being a guy of little experience in the property market, having little time to make calls/check emails due to work and living interstate I found Dan always contactable and willing to help. Most of our contact was out of office hours but he always had time to answer the smallest of queries and ask question to the vendor on our behalf. Living in the NT at the time of purchase he suggested local talent to conduct our pest and building reports who were very diligent and competitively priced. Since our purchase I have had several follow up emails to see our progress and have contacted him for advice on local investment opportunities. Very easy and stress free experience.
