A Professional not a salesman
I bought my first home to live in from James previously being focussed on investment properties. I would of thought (prior) that my Bank, conveyancer, vendor conveyancer, engineer, surveyor etc would provide me with unbiased useful advice that would help me through the process. Instead James provided a trusted, sensible and knowledgable point of view. He got stuck in and solved numerous annoying issues and was the voice of reason throughout. First class!

Professional and personal

Always contactable

110% dedicaton to the sale of our property
Sold for a record price after only 1 open inspection. Kingsley gave 110% dedication to both seller and buyer, always answered phone calls no matter what time of day or night and even took time on a Sunday to provide the buyer with a second inspection. Definitely recommend Kingsley to anyone looking to sell.
