Mike Dunn & his team were fantastic. In the space of 2 weeks he assisted with the preparation of contracts and the house for marketing. He organised all inspections to a database of his buyers whilst I was overseas, coordinating those little extras that make all the difference. The house was sold within 4 weeks and without going to market at the high end of the range he advised in the first place. I couldn't be happier with the process and the outcome.

We recently sold our apartment in manly with Jesse and his team at Clarke and Humel in Manly and the entire process was spectacular. From the very first moment we met Jesse we knew he was the perfect person to sell our property. He had outstanding knowledge of the area and combined this with excellent feedback on what needed to be done re: renovation to get the highest return. It was so pleasing to see an agent being so honest and helping us to get the best price possible rather than just a quick sale. The presentation, marketing and entire campaign was flawless, with us getting over 40 groups through during the 4 week campaign in a slowing market. Jesse was extremely transparent and kept us up to date at every step of the process, and was available at any time of day to chat. Leading up to the auction he put us at complete ease during what was a stressful time, and we had full confidence in his plan. Jesse was very thorough and honest in what to expect and the different scenarios, helping us be more clear on the day. In the end we sold the property for almost $80K above reserve and $260k more than we bought it just 24 months earlier! We couldn't have been happier!
