Kingsley impressed us in our first meeting with his knowledge of the local market, his selling strategy, how he would communicate with us, the pros and cons of our house and the rationale behind his 'price guide'. Most importantly he delivered exactly what he promised he would - in process and outcome. Not to give him all the credit, but he also has a top team in Emily and Danielle. I had known Cherie for a few years and trusted her implicitly, Mike I had met once or twice and although he is quiet he has a great way of dealing with people. Our first home open was pouring rain but he worked with the people that came through that day and it was sold by friday. We were happy with the price and the attention to detail that we got from Carly and the photographer was exceptional. There is a reason they sell a lot of properties around this area, they are professional and hungry.

Casey was very diligent during the whole process, taking the time to explain everything that was happening and what the next moves would be. Honest, hard working, reliable. He is not your typical real estate agent. I dealt with Mike on both sides, buying and selling, and I can not speak highly enough about him. If you are selling he will do his best to get you to the goal, if you are buying he will work for you to get you the property you want. I like his honest approach. He did amazing job for us.

We are a couple living in WA after having moved away from Sydney about 3 years ago. Once we decided to sell our unit in Queenscliff (NSW) the search for an agent had started. Living where we lived, we did extensive research on which agency to choose as going to Sydney to research was not an option. We obtained about 7 appraisals and ended up choosing Garry Greco from Clark & Humel, Manly. From the get go Garry was very thorough in selling his services to us without being overly pushy. We liked that approach, as this is exactly what we expected from him to sell our unit. During the period leading up to the sale, Garry was extremely helpful, available and patient. He always took the time to answer any questions we had and far exceeded our expectations in that regard. There was never any moment where we doubted our decision to take him on as our agent and we felt like we were in very competent hands. Garry is never short of enthusiasm. This is no doubt one of his strongest assets. He is enormously passionate about what he does for a living. Above all he achieved an outstanding result in selling our unit for an amount that we are absolutely stoked with.
