Securing our beautiful Seven Hills rental with Mary (and meeting Coleen at the inspection) took a whirlwind 42hours from my application via RE.com late one Thursday evening, to confirming we'd been selected as the preferred tenants before midday Saturday! Mary was super fast responding to our application, getting references started the very next morning. Both ladies have been extremely quick to respond to emails and texts; the inspection was professional (Coleen had a pride and respect for the property she was showing us); they've been very thorough with all information provided. Our experience with Class Real Estate to date has been absolutely exceptional - professional, efficient, friendly, thorough! Highly recommend!

Very happy with the service
Mary was very professional from the start and gave her personal touch. Even over the Easter period she was available and helped answer questions. As an investor living overseas, it is so reassuring to know that my agent will go that extra mile to help out. Our place was rented so quickly. Fair and Efficient
My experience with Class Real Estate has been outstanding. Mary is a fabulous operator, she is efficient and fair at all times. She is proactive with scheduling inspections, renewing insurances and leases. She only sends communications when it is required and provides all the necessary information to enable decisions. She is a skilled negotiator and is informed and aware of market conditions and external influences which may impact the negotiations. I feel I am in safe and very capable hands trusting my investment property to Mary. I highly recommend the Class Real Estate Property Management team.

Excellent Agency
Mary Cochran is a very accomplished estate agent. She is first class in all the areas of rental management: rent collection, interviewing prospective tenants and selection, advertising when necessary, and periodic inspection of the premises. Also advice re necessary repairs, and management of the work needed. In summary, I believe there is no area of rental management in which Mary is not supreme.
