Fadi and his team were excellent! They had made the process of selling very easy. Especially that it was my first time they explained everything during the process. Regarding the selling of my property, they did not only sell it really fast they also sold it above my asking price expectation. Additional to this they also manage my property before I sold it with the strata, rental income and other additional costs. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fadi to anyone wishing to sell their property. From a buyers point of view he obviously wants the best result for the vendor but also does it in a way to also make the buyer feel ‘looked after’.
