Purchasing in Bermagui
We first met Gary in early December 2020 when looking at properties in Bermagui. Gary's was immediately personable and very easy to talk to. On committing to our new property Gary, and the team at Clearwater, was very helpful as a conduit between ourselves and the vendors as well as having excellent local knowledge. We would certainly recommend Gary and the team to other prospective buyers in the Bermagui region.

In for the long haul
I first looked at property in the Tilba district in 2017 and Greer has been there all the way. She’s a pillar of patience and worked with me to accommodate my evolving acquisition criteria. The final result was the purchase of a beautiful property that ticked all the boxes. She needs her own TV show! ‘Greer’s Grind’. Greer is well connected and I would definitely buy through Greer again.
