Acknowledges the extras that sets your home apart from all other homes on the market
Daria and the team were excited from the first viewing and pointed out all the simple things that add value not just to the home but ease of living for the new home owners. They recognise what sets your home out differently to all the other homes on the market and that made it an easy decision to go with Clinton Adams when we were deciding who to list with. The result we couldn't be more happier with; a quick successful sale above the sale expectations of other Real estate companies that we spoke to. The whole process throughout advertising and communication during the sale was fantastic.

Excellent service, local knowledge and communication
Rhys was instrumental in helping me achieve the purchase of an investment property. He understood the stress of purchasing from interstate, he was quick to respond to emails and messages and had a network of other professionals who he could recommend to make the process easier. I would be happy to recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or sell in the Emerald area. Buying a property is never plain sailing but this purchase was smoother because of his knowledge, help and guidance.

Stress fress
Selling our house from another State was made stress free. The house was sold snd settled in under 3 months. Rhys was a friendly voice on the phone handling all the details for us. Nothing was an issue. We could not be happier with how everything was handled in the sale of our house.

Professional Buying Experience as a first home buyer.
Rhys was an exceptional real estate agent who provided invaluable assistance from the initial inspection to settlement. Throughout the buying process, Rhys was always available to talk to and provided us with a great amount of knowledge about the housing situation in Emerald. As someone who is quiet and prefers not to make phone calls, I appreciated that Rhys was more than happy to communicate through SMS and emails. Rhys was quick to respond to our inquiries and provided us with many options that were tailored to our specific needs. Best service you could ask for
Daria was apleasure to deal with, after a previously bad purchase experience and dealing with a very rude agent form another competitor, Daria was a breath of fresh air for our new home purchase. She couldn't have been anymore helpful if she tried, she was polite, efficient and very fast in her responses. Nothing was too much trouble. Absolutely exceptional - will definitely be reaching out to Daria again in the future for real-estate needs.
