Bought 1 & Sold 1

Claudio & his team have done it again ! It seemed as though we had gone to market a little late in the year but with some tweaks in our marketing strategy the job got done . We experienced some pretty staunch bidders that wouldn't give much away but with patience & negotiation experience our first home was sold . Kari & I can now ficous on our family home that Claudio sold to us earlier on this year . Thankyou also to William & Ang you guys were fantastic we can't thank you enough .
