Buying a house is fraught with danger and a lot of people you know probably are anxious or reluctant to deal with Real Estate Agents due to their formidable negotiation abilities and tendency to avoid truth and facts like the plague. Claudio is certainly not one of the pack; in a good way ...and here's why: 1. Integrity. From the get-go Claudio and his team did everything they said they would. This property had a gate that wasn't working. Fixed. Grass that got too long. Mown. Remote control for the garage missing. Replaced. Everything Claudio said he would do got done. 2. Transparency. Before the auction and then afterwards Claudio was upfront about every detail. Why the seller was selling. How much they wanted. How much Claudio thought it was worth. How to best put a deal together. Transparency allowed me to trust the agent even though he was working for his seller. Ultimately feeling reassured enough to move forward. 3. Honesty. Again with the last two points, Claudio didn't hide behind smoke and mirrors. The man has enough courage to face challenges and our requests head-on rather than avoiding conflict all whilst providing clear and concise feedback. Claudio would be one of the most honest selling agents in Australia in my opinion. 5/5.
