Professional, honest with integrity

To put it simple, the best agent going around. My first dealings with Claudio was with a potential purchase of a lovely home in Fawkner which I was the unsuccessful bidder at auction (by the way it was a record sale). After the auction Claudio said to me that he would help me find a suitable home for me. Claudio stuck to his promise and contacted me approximately a week later and suggested I take a look at a particular home that he thought matched our requirements. The staggering thing was, it was a home not listed by his agency but a competitor. I can't say I've ever come across this before. This is an example of his honesty and willingness to help. The house didn't quite tick all the boxes. Claudio kept in touch on a regular basis and this time had a listing that met our requirements. He arranged a private inspection for us prior to the first opening, this again highlighted he was serious in helping us find a new home. We eventually purchased this home in Oak Park and Claudio demonstrated great negotiation skills and a honest and professional approach. We then decided to sell our property in Pascoe Vale with Claudio. The campaign was flawless and the communication was exceptional. Claudio raised the bar even further on auction day and extracted every dollar possible out of the interested parties delivering us an exceptional result. We will be forever grateful to Claudio and his team.
