Sue has helped us immensely with the purchase of our new investment property. From the moment she first showed us through the property, I knew she was trustworthy. She was honest and approachable through every step of the purchase process, and has excellent knowledge of the local market. After exchange, her kindness still continued. Sue went above and beyond to help us while we prepared our new purchase for rent. I have never dealt with a kinder, more genuine agent than Sue. Sam and I can't thank you enough for all your help and support xx

Sue did a solid job of selling. I only criticism is that she gave inflated expected selling prices to me on 2 occasions. This is a method used by most agents to get the listing.

Sue and Paul were always willing to go out of their way to maximise the selling potential of my property, although it was disappointing there was not as much interest as hoped - the joys of the marketing cycle!

Sue worked tirelessly to find us a buyer for our property. Being rural and not farming land, it took a little while to sell but Sue's enthusiasm and professionalism shone through and achieved a great outcome. She communicated with us regularly throughout the sale period and ran a thorough campaign of advertising. We thank Sue and Paul and Belle Property as we look to the future.

Our thanks to Sue and her team (Paul and Ian) for their excellent marketing of our lovely home. We chose Sue as we knew from past experience of her commitment and professionalism in dealing with us as the vendors and all prospective purchasers. Our home went live to the internet on Tuesday 27th March with contracts exchanged on Thursday 5th April. To achieve this sale Sue made herself available to prospective buyers over the Easter weekend, we couldn’t have asked for more. Ian and Sue Walsh

Sue was the selling agent for our transition to retirement home and we couldn’t be happier. Her knowledge of the property and her quick responses to our hundreds of questions made the decision to buy our dream home easy and fast.

I recommend Sue who went well over and above to sell my property even though conditions weren't great during the period of time we were selling. Quick settlement, too. Thanks for your persistence and efforts Sue and Paul. All the best Damian

My husband & I bought our new property and as buyers we couldn't have faulted the service of Sue at Belle. Even though we had a few requirements and strong considerations with this sale we were given such faultless and thoughtful service. Sue went out of her way to help organise and be there for searches and quotes and we are extremely appreciative especially when we couldn't be there in person ourselves. Many, many thanks and we look forward to seeing them when we arrive. Sheridan Gillham

Sue was most professional in her approach to selling our unit. Her experience and knowledge from selling several units within the complex resulted in us getting the price we wanted. In particular, Sue negotiated our exchange while we were overseas and kept up to date at all times. We would highly recommend Sue to any prospective seller.

I have worked with a few agents in my day, but Sue truthfully goes above and beyond in customer service. I recommend her to anyone I can as she and her staff have quite simply been just terrific. Highly principled, hard working, knowledgeable - and all without losing any of the fun and camaraderie that makes working with her a pleasure and privilege. Sue is it!
