Loretta Lehmann went above and beyond with her professional service, genuine care and extensive knowledge with the recent purchase of my mums house. Whilst moving my elderly parents from Brisbane was very stressful, the purchasing of mums property was anything but, thanks to Loretta. Nothing was ever a problem or too hard even recommending and sourcing various other services to help with mums relocation. I would highly recommend Loretta to anyone considering selling as she definitely stands out in this highly competitive industry.

The sale of my home has been a long and stressful process till I met Loretta Lehmann from online propertysales. From our initial meeting, Loretta evoked professionalism, honesty, real caring and good listening skills. Through the ups and downs, open houses, and private viewings, Loretta showed patience and perseverance. Loretta always replied promptly to my text, emails and queries. When I felt disheartened, Loretta provided me with genuine concern and comfort, and encouraged me to keep my hope up. When the sale went through, Loretta was as happy and elated as I was. Loretta is not just a RE agent, I felt she has become a good friend, I trusted her, and I had faith in her. Loretta is a unique and special lady.

Loretta contacted us in early 2015 but we were not in a position to sell our property at that time but she kept in contact with us. When we did make the decision to sell, Loretta did an excellent job in preparing the property for sale. Listed in August the information placed on the website created a great deal of interest and the property sold in mid January. Loretta kept us informed of potential buyer interest and always returned phone calls and emails. Loretta is a reliable and effective real estate sales person and we have great pleasure in recommending Loretta to any one considering buying or selling a property..

Loretta was incredibly accommodating and helpful during the purchase of our new home. All of our inspections were on the weekend and at very short notice. She was very professional throughout the process, followed up on various queries promptly and ensured everything ran smoothly. I’d have no hesitation in recommending her to any potential clients.

Our interaction with Loretta was relatively brief, but was very effective. Loretta knew her business, was a prompt communicator, had a good rapport with us, and balanced serious business with a pleasant demeanour.

After having contacted several real estate agents regarding the sale of my property at Peregian Springs, I decided to appoint Loretta based on her initial professionalism, enthusiasm and obvious industry knowledge. No longer living in the area myself, I knew that the process of selling my home was going to be conducted via email and phone, and that this would require an agent with exceptional communication and organisational skills. Loretta definitely provided this and more- in fact we never met face-to-face, however this did not at all impact on the process due to the frequency of contact / efforts made by Loretta to communicate. I felt well guided, but still in control, of the process of selling. I felt as though Loretta managed the needs of tenants (renting the property at the time of selling), my needs and prospective buyers needs with professionalism and careful consideration. I was very pleased with the process and outcome of selling with Loretta and would highly recommend to anyone.

My wife and I engaged Loretta to market our home in Cooroy, Queensland. Upon meeting Loretta her beautiful smile and lit up eyes were very infectious. Loretta met with us for a few hours and in that short time she determined what type of people we were and in particular what our expectations were. The market at that time was not good for the vendor. The effort Loretta made was remarkable as she was at our place almost every day. We know that she made sacrifices to her own family for us and she never once told us but it was not hard to know by hearing her phone calls. Loretta would not entertain people known as tyre kickers but provided us with information of those people acting as such. Loretta to us appeared to have treated any proposed buyer with the same professional demeanor. That attitude provided us with a buyer who lived totally outside of our area. Success was gained only by the remarkable effort contributed by Loretta, we did nothing ourselves. CONCLUSION: Loretta has gained a couple of friends - not clients as we could never consider her as anything else. She has the ability to attract anybody to feel that way about her. She has a demeanor and loyalty second to none. She is of very neat appearance and above all has a class of honesty rarely found in any individuals. We have an opinion that should anyone require the services offered by Loretta, she is the one. We wish Loretta success in any ventures that she should consider.
