We Would not recommend Stuart Gan at all. Never again! The fact we didn’t even hear from him when our property settled just sums up our entire experience of poor communication and lack of value from an agent that demands premium remuneration. Once he gets the listing it’s all downhill from there. * despite the sales pitch the reality is there is little to no communication offered at all other than auto generated reports from Real Estate.com or Domain. *Doesn’t call you after an inspection for days and at times up to a week. * Doesn’t even contact you on settlement, a very important moment when any agent worth their weight would be in touch. * No added value provided outside of standard communication channels real estate.com and Domain We would not recommend Stuart Gan.
