After missing out on another property at the last minute we were fortunate enough to come across Liz Todd at Coastal who took on the task to resolve a fairly urgent problem with the need to be close to family with some serious health issues. I have dealt with many agents over the years however never found one so competent. Liz had styled the property so well that we ended up buying all the furniture she had placed in the property. Great taste and a woman of action. Highly recommended.

After interviewing 3 local agents in Mt Eliza, we were extremely happy deciding on Liz to sell out late fathers property. She looked after everything, from tasteful styling to meeting workman and tradesman. She invested a lot of extra time which other agents would not have done. It was a very personalized experience! She was also spot on with her estimate of the value of the property. Two other agents quoted way over what Liz was quoting which almost enticed is to go with them… it’s easy to get excited over more money. But Liz kept it very realistic and the sale ended up right in the middle of her estimate. The market determined the price and Liz was spot on with that. So much better than advertising higher and then having to drop your market price. If you are looking for a thorough agent with integrity, knows her stuff and is personable to deal with you have to consider Liz!
