After interviewing 3 local agents in Mt Eliza, we were extremely happy deciding on Liz to sell out late fathers property. She looked after everything, from tasteful styling to meeting workman and tradesman. She invested a lot of extra time which other agents would not have done. It was a very personalized experience! She was also spot on with her estimate of the value of the property. Two other agents quoted way over what Liz was quoting which almost enticed is to go with them… it’s easy to get excited over more money. But Liz kept it very realistic and the sale ended up right in the middle of her estimate. The market determined the price and Liz was spot on with that. So much better than advertising higher and then having to drop your market price.
