Communication with us, the buyers and the process was well managed as was her availability to talk at flexible times. The thing that differentiated her from a number of other potential agents was that she saw our house as a home and not a product that just needed moving. Other agents repeatedly did not see key selling points of the house and had to be told and sold before seeing it. Renee made her way through the property and clearly identified things about the house that were key without us pointing them out. This proved valuable in her interaction with the buyers.
