She is well versed in market trends and the surrounding current and future infrastructure where my property is located at Varsity Lakes. Her communication skills were well beyond my expectation. She has shown great skills in negotiation with buyer, seller as well as tenants to have the best outcome for all parties. Her professionalism which struck me most, she was focused, she was very effective, was fair, you felt you were professionally supported, advised throughout the whole process.
