Emma was transparent, honest and upfront from the first phone call. As my property was a little further south than Emma usually deals with she communicated with 3 other agents to ensure she had a good overview of pricing in the area. She maintained constant communication with me during the marketing phase, showed the house at all hours and in the pouring rain, she returned calls, texts and emails promptly, and was 'on the ball' when it came to my questions, significant dates and deadlines. Some may say "all in a days work" for a selling agent, and they might be right, BUT as an interstate seller, who was unable to cross the border into QLD due to restrictions, Emma also completed an outgoing inspection and collected keys when the tenants moved out and organized a last-minute lawnmowing the day before the auction. This property was also in my family for 30 years, and Emma was sensitive to the emotional attachment I had. Having been in the industry myself for many years, I found her property management and air bnb experience and knowledge allowed us to discuss various options at length, which I found to be invaluable.
