When I first met Guy I just knew he was the agent for me. A kind, genuine and down to earth bloke, he was calming and made everything just flow so easy - which is great for an anxious first home buyer. Guy’s biggest attribute is his honesty. In purchasing our recent home in Miami we naturally inspected close to 50 homes with many different agents. Guy was outstanding in comparison to other agents and what we expected. He was attentive but relaxed and didn't put the 'usual sales' BS onto us. He allowed us at our own pace to review properties and work out what suited our needs. His knowledge of the area, comparison sales and features of the home were incredible. We could safely say that IF the home we bought was offered by a different agent, we may not have wanted to go back to look again as our experience with most agents was terrible and they were happy to make up anything just to get a sale. Guy was honest so we felt comfortable with our decisions. We haven't sold a property through Guy, however based on our experience from a buyers perspective i would be very confident in him selling a property for us in the future! Thank you so much Guy!

Paul was nice to work with, it’s not usual that the buyer would be describing an agent as honest and nice but I felt Paul was a genuine guy who wanted to seek the property for his vendor and as a result was very accommodating of my requests and quick to reposed with answers and information as needed
