GREAT NEGOTHIATE AND HIGH EXPERIENCE AGENT
DUE TO COVID 19, SURFERS PARADISE PROPERTY WAS VERY WEAK FOR SALE, BUT ANDRE NEGOTIATE TO MAXIMUM SALE PRICE FOR ME. AND EVEN SOMETIMES NO INSPECTION COME, HE OPEN EVERY SATUDAY FOR ME. I HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS EXPERIENCED AGENT. FURTHER HIS PERSONALYT IS KIND WITH GOOD TALKING SKILLS.

Martin's ability to bring both buyer and seller together and close the deal is a credit to him.
My wife and I got Martin to sell our property because he sold it to us in the first place. 100% would describe our recommendation for Stuart following the recent successful sale of our home at auction, on the day. In the four week lead up campaign Stuart was always accessible, and he communicated almost on a daily basis so we constantly had feed back. Despite the fact that he had many listings he always had time to address any of our questions or concerns. It was his personal follow up from an open home that prompted our eventual buyer to come back for a personal inspection that eventuated in them attending the auction. The Harcourts Coastal team were also very involved, and in particular the principal Dane Atherton who auctioned the property in a most professional manner. We would highly recommend Stuart and Harcourts Coastal.

Great result every time
Robert is an incredible agent, always one step ahead of the situation. We accepted an offer well above the price we expected to receive in this market, and the flow of inspections was constant. Amazing Service!
Lisa went over and above to make sure I was happy and comfortable with the purchase process. Agents are normally quite pleasant however Lisa was very genuine and considerate and I cannot recommend her high enough. She was very professional and approachable for any of my concerns or queries.
