Excellence on every level
From the moment we decided to list our home in Sorrento on the Gold Coast for sale we contacted Stuart. Over time we had observed and been impressed with Stuart's knowledge of this and surrounding suburbs and his ability to establish genuine relationships with both vendors and prospective purchasers. He listened to us, understood what we were conveying to him and proposed options for a campaign to achieve the best results for us. Proceeding with Stuart was seamless with prompt, efficient and professionally friendly service with excellent communication from Stuart and his P. A. One open for inspection, strategically planned resulted in a sale which was the perfect outcome for us and for the purchasers. We cant thank Stuart enough and would ( and have previously) highly recommend him as an agent for anyone looking to sell or to buy in this area or more broadly on the Gold Coast

Our Girls Have Done It Again ! Yeah
The wonder twins of real estate on the Gold Coast have found us our fourth investment property on the GC. We only ( as you know by seeing my other reviews here and on product review) buy and sell via Kat and Pen. Professional and approachable

Very positive buyer's experience
We bought a property from Christine at a difficult time of year - over Christmas. With endless delays from banks and correspondence over that period this was a very challenging time. Christine made herself available and mediated all of this beautifully - we're all very happy with the outcome. I'm certain with other agents the deal may have fallen through. An exceptional person to deal with
We started looking at houses around November and we met Stuart on several occasions in various properties. Every single time he was helpful, informative and, above all, honest. When we eventually found the property we have just bought Stuart communicated brilliantly with us all the way through the process. From start to finish he guided us through our first ever house purchase in Australia. He is an agent right at the top of his game and we have been massively impressed with the service he has given us.

Excellent Agent as vendor and purchaser
