I cannot thank Christine enough
I cannot thank Christine enough she was absolutely wonderful to me when I was selling my house at 86 Wild Duck Drive nothing was too much trouble, she was always there when I needed to ask any questions. I felt very confident with the way she managed the sale of my house. I have no problems recommending her to anyone wishing to sell their house and have done so to a number of my friends. I felt she was honest and realistic in her advice and I am very happy with the result that we achieved.

We bought a property from Christine. Easy to talk to. Will answer all your questions. Very relaxed, yet very professional. Always makes time for you and always responds to txt, email and phone msg. Nothing was ever a problem. Would recommend Christine as your agent.

The utmost professional who tells you how it is!
Stuart worked very hard and in an extremely professional manner for a number of years to secure our business. This attitude did not change once we signed the contract. The end outcome was exactly as he predicted due to his knowledge of market trends, his knowledge of the area in which we lived and what the buyer was looking for. His professionalism never wavered. What he didn't predict was he would sell our property within "4 days" of being listed on the internet and before our first open inspection! Stuart was on top of things every inch of way from start to finish. He was there for the photo shoot, building inspection and some repairs that were needed. He and his team stayed in touch by phone, never to busy to answer questions or take direction. The overall experience was made as stress free as any property sale can be. His favourite expression was, "don't stress, leave that to me, that's what I am here for!" Knowing he was in our corner was very reassuring. There is no doubt Stuart's many years in the Real Estate Industry, the knowledge of his "patch" and his ability to not just listen but "hear" his client has given him the edge on his competitors. Our outcome was so much better than we expected. We left Queensland 10 days ago and it's been 17 days since settlement and still Stuart phoned yesterday to see how we are and how plans were progressing for the next stage of our lives, saying "don't hesitate to call if there is anything I can do."

A great experience
We engaged Katrina’s services under some not ideal circumstances for selling our home, however, Katrina has been a stand out. No question or ask for assistance has been too much for Katrina. Katrina communicates with us often and keeps us well informed. As we are located a long way from our home currently, it has been no concerns with Katrina informing us with what is going on with the sale but also Katrina has gone the extra mile with guiding and helping us with areas that are well outside her real estate position. We are very pleased and grateful for Katrina’s services and real estate knowledge and would highly recommend Katrina’s real estate services.
