Shaun was the perfect agent for us. He went above and beyond to sell our apartment holding opens on both Saturday and Sunday in order to capitalise on all interest. Always friendly and positive with all interested buyers and with us as sellers. There was no hard sell and we worked cooperatively on all decisions. Shaun provides written feedback to the seller about all enquiries from potential buyers. He responded courteously to our many many texts. Even the final negotiations after auction were handled professionally and he achieved the SALE ! A lesser agent may have failed along the way ! Discussed with Agent likely outcome if went to Auction, advised that Auction was best alternative and most likely sell before hand. Sold within 2 weeks of being launched on the market and after some considerable negotiation by Grant, managed to achieve the desired price. Attention to detail of the property was the key, Grant's detail of modest improvements achieved the result.

Penelope and Katrina were the agents I purchased my unit from over 2 years ago. So as they'd been very good, I decided to use them to sell the same unit when I decided recently to move. They were again very easy to deal with. All aspects of the sale were explained. They were always easy to contact and they negotiated with the purchaser to achieve a result I was very pleased with.
