I have bought and sold many, many properties over the years and usually find that my selling agents see the buyer as their primary client, even though I am paying their commission. Not Campbell! At every step in the process he looked after me (but not at the expense of the buyer, of course), which was a refreshing change. I will certainly use Campbell for future Gold Coast property sales. Trish at all times remained committed and professional throughout our sale. We listed with her due to her reputation and even though our sale took a very long time, Trish remained focused on our emotional well being. She worked with us through a failed contract (due simply to buyer inability to gain finance approval) and then with an unfortunately drawn-out contract, again with the buyer having initial difficulty with their own bank, it was Trish, working with the buyer, that found alternatives for them to secure their dream - being our property. I would recommend Trish very highly - especially if you have a "difficult" property to sell !
